Nicolas Valle

Mr. Valle has served as Senior Vice President of Development & Investments at Playa Hotels & Resorts since July 2024. He joined Playa in 2018 and has been instrumental in the company’s growth, playing a key role in resort dispositions, establishing Playa's Development team, expanding the third-party management business, and creating a new revenue stream through technical service advisory for conversions and new builds. In his current role, he oversees owner relations, development initiatives, and Capex investment projects, focusing on strategic planning, contracting and procurement, financial analysis, and investment feasibility. . Nicolas began his career with Melia Hotels International where he worked for 7 years holding several international positions. Nicolas holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation from the CFA Institute and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from CSHG Hotel Business School in Spain.
